This edition is made up of remaindered copies from the 1988 First Annotated Edition which were sold at a discounted price. The new ISBN was stated on a barcode sticker affixed to the dust-jacket’s back cover. The copyright page still shows the 1988 ISBN. In other words, the only difference between this edition and the 1988 First Annotated Edition is the publisher’s price sticker on the back cover.
