Copies of all four printings were issued in this slipcase in matched sets (e.g. 1st, 1st, 1st; 2nd, 2nd, 2nd, etc.).
Various sizes and colors have been seen used for the slipcases. Additionally, first printings have been seen encased with a layer of cardboard keeping the books snug in an oversized slipcase. This may indicate the first state of the slipcase being that the size issue was corrected before the second printing.
